Explaining the epistemological and ethical foundations of economics is a research priority in the field of Islamic humanities, due to their direct and decisive influence on development patterns, social justice, and the economic lifestyle of societies. However, the lack of an indigenous and coherent model based on authentic religious texts has always been a major challenge in economic system-building, necessitating a re-examination of primary sources to address this theoretical and policy gap. In this regard, Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya, as one of the most fundamental and rich texts, possesses unique components that can delineate the epistemological foundations and ethical frameworks of the Islamic economic system. Employing qualitative content analysis and thematic analysis, this study aims to extract and explain the economic model embedded in Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya. The findings indicate that this model can be formulated at three levels: "epistemological foundations" (monotheistic worldview, justice, and human dignity), "behavioral principles" (contentment, work, and charity), and "institutional mechanisms" (zakat, cooperation, and social justice). Based on these findings, it is recommended that economic policymakers prioritize justice over pure profit-orientation, design and strengthen supportive institutions based on the spirit of cooperation, and link welfare policies with the spiritual growth of society. These operational steps will help realize the Islamic economic model, ensuring that in macro-planning, human dignity is considered the central axis for the equitable distribution of wealth
