Proving the supremacy of the Holy Prophet over other prophets by using Quranic prayers
Abstract
According to the teachings of Islam, the divine prophets, as they embody the highest level of human perfection, seek nothing from the Almighty except good and goodness. Additionally, being infallible, they neither conceive nor commit sins, nor do they act contrary to the orders and permissions of the Almighty. Moreover, due to God's special care and attention toward them, most of their prayers and requests are fulfilled, except in cases where it is deemed inexpedient. Furthermore, given the varying degrees of virtue and perfection among the prophets, the extent of goodness achieved varies. In this research, employing the analytical-descriptive method and examining the verses related to the prayers and requests of the prophets and divine saints, we endeavor to assess the degree to which these prayers were answered, particularly regarding the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his Ahl al-Bayt, who represent the pinnacle of perfection. The findings reveal that the supplications concerning the Holy Prophet (PBUH) have been comprehensively answered, underscoring his superiority over other prophets.
